In each of us is an inner voice that is constantly trying to steal our dreams.  That inner voice or
“gremlin” does not like change and is very critical.  It is constantly telling you lie’s about your
abilities and your potential.  It is always there to point out your weaknesses, your fears, and
your past failures.  It takes joy in reinforcing your self-limiting judgments.  The gremlin is there
to hold you back and keep you down.

This little nuisance is with us all our lives, so we have to be aware when it starts creeping in.
Recognize it when it appears, but don’t fight it, rather accept it for what it is - a liar.  Doing this
and the gremlin begins to lose its power over you.

You can overcome the gremlin just by focusing on your dreams, and goals.  Remember that
enthusiasm and commitment you feel when you visualize what you truly want?  Well, just tap
into that desire, and passion, and you are back on track.  You have incredible abilities and
unlimited potential.  Allow them surface, to come out, and fulfill those things in life you want to
accomplish.  Who knows what you are capable of?

Let the gremlin know you are aware of its lies, and are choosing to no longer believe them.

Do something good for yourself and others this week,
Kevin
